Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment with details on the Urban Bonfire Trade Ambassador Program, including: Ambassador Pricing Structure, Trade Incentive Model, Process to receiving your Trade Incentive, and Program Rules and Restrictions.

Please submit the following documentation to trade@urbanbonfire.com after completing this form: 

  • A valid business name, address, federal tax ID number and proof of insurance
  • A valid government-issued business license and/or resale certificate

And one of the following:

  • A proof of valid membership or affiliation with a professional design association, along with a valid membership number
  • A certification in a design-related field of study
